Wake up Ready for the Day

Start your day with this gentle practice to start to increase movement and wake you up, preparing you for the day. Start on the back and get moving through the arms and legs, back and hips. Transition to seated to continue to connect with your breath as you open the shoulders, chest and side body. Move to all fours or standing for cat/cow and spinal balance turning on the core muscles and finding some balance. End with mountain flows, whole body movement to get yourself going
