Live Recording 1/21/26 Rebuilding Consistency

This class is designed to start you off slower, with focus and intention. Rebuilding Consistency, steady energy, grounding, and a gentle strength. We move a little slower and focus on the pose and the breath. Second sequence adds in balance with breath and twisting. Class ends with a longer cool down to settle in.
