This 45 minute Yoga Nidra class will start with some explanation, then some gentle movements to allow for the body to be comfortable when we move into stillness. As the practice of Yoga Nidra is done in a lying down position you may want to gather some props to support your body for comfort. Things to have would be pillows, blankets, bolsters. You may want support under the head or knees and a blanket to cover you for warmth. If you usually like an eye pillow, it might be too heavy for this extended a time, so I would suggest a light scarf, washcloth, or tissue.
