45 minute Wake Up your Feet

In this practice, we will work on mobilizing, stretching and strengthening the feet. We’ll start with mobilization and move to some postures to create stability through the foot and ankle and balance moves. Some of this may be a little uncomfortable so make sure to listen to your body. We tend to neglect our feet and paying more attention to them will help with our balance as well as back, hip and knee discomfort.
