Another great practice where you don't even have to stand up!

Start in a comfortable seated position and begin to warm up the hips with some windshield wipers, a hamstring stretch and shoelaces. Move to a straddle position and cobbler with pigeon and figure 4 options. Ending with happy baby and a supine cobbler pose
