25 minute yoga for anxious times

Yoga for anxious times- This 25 minute practice is great when you are feeling a little anxious or restless, especially before bed, but anytime you need it. Start on your belly in crocodile and settle in with your breath, move to savasana with a little weight on the belly to help you settle. We’ll then start moving through the hips and legs before transitioning to child’s pose and cat/cow. Steady movement with the breath in a low lunge to half split and then onto the back for a supported bridge and twist where I leave you in savasana.
