This short sequence can be done anytime to bring some awareness and opening to the hips and shoulders.

If coming to your knees doesn't feel good, do this sequence from mountain pose and stepping back to a high lunge instead of dropping the back knee, step forward and allow your release to come from a forward fold instead of child's pose or down dog if it feels good
